Michael has a trades and supervisor/Management background and has over 30 years’ experience with Heavy Earth Moving Equipment, this includes dragline buckets both, refurbished and new builds. Michael has overseen 70+ new dragline bucket builds, 80+ new Truck Trays in his career and over 400 heavy equipment rebuilds.
Michael’s position as Operations Manager is responsible for safe conduct of all work undertaken by the workforce under their control and for fully understanding safety requirements and standards. Michael ensures projects are delivered Safely to the highest standard and on time
