About Us

Founded in 2008 by Gary Brown IMS quickly grew as a leader providing onsite consultants and maintenance personnel. The doors to the first IMS facility opened in Mackay in 2011. In this time IMS have secured key knowledgeable and experienced members within the industry, all with their own specialty but we all have one thing in common…. We are all Boilermakers and are all service driven!

In 2012 IMS became ISO accredited achieving certificates in Quality 9001, Environment 14001 and Health and Safety 18001. This achievement has assisted and guided IMS to setting the bench mark as the industry leaders in mining repairs.

With 2 facilities located in Paget Mackay covering over 5,000 square meters under roof, 13 meters under hook cranes and 120-tonne lift capacity it makes our facility perfect for your next offsite rebuild.
